POLICY

All sale prices printed in our website are Tax Included prices in "EURO" currency.
They are subject to changes every January 1st.
Such prices will be automatically reduced by 19,6% to "Duty Free Prices" for all shipments sent to any country out of the " EUROPEAN UNION ".

Shipment prices :
We offer packing and handling costs, and charge only a share of total shipment fees.
Your share is automatically calculated with your basket. Insurrance costs are included.

We welcome Visa, Master card, American Express, but we apologize for not accepting Diner's Club for the moment. Payment process is secured by EXPERIAN PAYLINE and the leading international world wide bank LE CREDIT LYONNAIS.

Shipping policy :
We offer the signature required service free of charge. You will need to use a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package once it arrives.
We provide free insurrance coverage up to 1.500 Euros. In case of damage or loss, immediately take evidence with transporter's agent. Take pictures and let us know.
We can not be responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced shipments once your order has been shipped from our location if you provide no certified evidence to us.
Note that, for International Orders, you may be responsible for duty fees and/or importing and documenting fees when your package arrives.
Out of stock items: we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss how you would like things to go on.

We do not accept to make shipments to P.O. BOX address.

Standard Shipping :
We will deliver your package anywhere in the world within 8 - 20 business days from receipt of your order.

Holiday Shippings :
Please keep in mind that all shipping services become overwhelmed during peak holiday times. Services can be slowed down by several days or even weeks. When ordering during such period, please place order as early as possible.
